Shipping Policy

Once your order leaves the warehouse you may track it through USPS. Orders are shipped with Priority Mail. At any time should you have an issue with shipping please contact USPS directly with your tracking number to resolve as we are no longer responsible.

Processing Policy

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders are processed on weekdays only. Should you need the hair by a specific date we suggest ordering one week before or selecting PICK UP if you are in the New Orleans area.

Exchange Policy

Due to COVID – 19, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT THIS TIME!! NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS!! Our hair is thoroughly examined before being shipped to ensure the best quality bundle is shipped to our customers. ALL LASH SALES ARE FINAL!!
