Due to COVID – 19 ALL SALES ARE FINAL AT THIS TIME!! NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS!! Our hair is thoroughly examined before being shipped to ensure the best quality bundle is shipped to our customers. ALL LASH SALES ARE FINAL!!

How long does it take to receive an order?

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. Orders are processed on weekdays only. Once your order leaves the warehouse you may track it through USPS. Orders are shipped with Priority Mail.
 
Should you need the hair by a specific date we suggest ordering one week before or selecting PICK UP if you are in the New Orleans area.

How do I install and maintain my bundles?

Accepted Answer

It is recommended that you let a licensed professional care for and install your hair. Bundles should be shampooed and conditioned after 2-3 weeks of continued wear. Bundles may be lightened & colored. All bundles are 3.5 oz in weight. With proper care bundles can last up to 2 years.
