Service Description
This consultation is required for all new clients interested in color services, weave installs, or any service requiring assessment. During this appointment, we will: • Examine your hair and scalp • Determine if you’re a candidate for your desired service • Discuss realistic expectations, timelines, and maintenance • Recommend the best service option for your hair goals Please note: Consultations are for planning purposes only and do not include styling or same-day service. This appointment ensures clarity, professionalism, and a seamless experience on your service day. No walk-in consultations. All questions must be addressed through a booked consultation.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your service you will LOSE your deposit and, balance must be paid in full before booking your next appointment. If you no call, no show for your appointment you will not be allowed to book another appointment until your previous balance is paid in FULL. You may reschedule your appointment and transfer your deposit 24 hours before your service. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE!!!
